The part customers never see.
A chicken brand lives or dies on whether the order in Tagbilaran tastes like the order in Quezon City. Everything on this page exists to make that true — and it is the reason a franchisee can put ₱5 million behind our name.
Centralised sauce production
Our signature flavours — Yangnyeom, Soy Garlic, Honey Butter, Snow Cheese, Gangnam Style, Sweet Chili, Jack Daniels and Garlic Parmesan — are produced centrally to a fixed specification, not mixed store by store.
This is the single biggest protection against recipe drift. A store cannot accidentally change what the brand tastes like, and a new crew member cannot get the ratio wrong on a busy Friday.
Contracted poultry supply
Boneless chicken is sourced through contracted suppliers against an agreed specification for size, cut and handling. Volume is consolidated across the network, which gives every franchisee buying power no independent operator could reach alone.
Supply continuity is managed at head office, so a store is never exposed to a single supplier failing.
Cold chain & distribution
Scheduled deliveries of chicken, sauces, packaging and consumables reach stores on a fixed cycle under temperature control. Franchisees order through head office rather than sourcing independently.
The practical effect: no store spends management time on procurement, and no store can quietly substitute a cheaper input.
Food safety & audits
Documented handling, storage and cooking standards apply network-wide, with periodic unannounced store audits covering hygiene, temperature logs, portioning and presentation.
Audit results feed back into training. Where a store slips, the response is retraining and follow-up inspection, not a warning letter.
Built for an industry with high turnover
QSR crews turn over. Pretending otherwise is how standards decay. We design training so a new hire reaches the same output as the person they replaced, quickly.
Owner programme
Unit economics, inventory control, staffing, compliance, daily reporting and the operating standards you are accountable for.
Crew certification
Station-by-station cooking and service standards with sign-off, so competence is verified rather than assumed.
Manager track
An internal promotion path from crew to shift lead to store manager — the main way we staff new openings without diluting standards.
Four ways an order reaches a customer
Walk-in and dine-in
Standard stores carry the full menu including party packs for up to eight people.
In-house delivery
Our own riders in catchments where we can run them profitably, keeping margin and customer data in the network.
Aggregator platforms
GrabFood and Foodpanda, onboarded and managed centrally so stores inherit working listings on day one.
Social ordering
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels that route orders to the nearest operating branch.
